IMPORTANT: Unlike your tenancy agreement, this guide is not a legal document and does not make up part of your tenancy agreement. It is not intended as a hard and fast guide to what the law says you can or cannot do as a tenant. Condensation occurs mainly during cold weather on cold surfaces and in places where there is little movement of air, such as in corners, or behind wardrobes and cupboards. Continue reading →
Argyle Housing Group has recently been made aware of several changes in the London Borough of Ealing’s leasing schemes. This will drastically alter the schemes we are able to offer you and may effect any schemes we currently have with you.
Private Sector Leasing Scheme
In line with Government guidelines to reduce the number of families in temporary accommodation by 50 percent by 2010; Ealing Council has announced they will not be taking on any more properties under the Private Sector Leasing scheme. This will also effect our Choice based lettings scheme as it uses the same Tenancy Agreement for the tenants. Continue reading →
