If you are a realtor or property management company you may be interested in registering with our '3rd Party Agent' scheme.
Argyle's 3rd Party Agent system provides an opportunity for local agents to submit a property into our Private Sector Leasing scheme. As an agent you may submit an authorised property to be used in our PSL scheme and get a nice bonus in return.
As a 3rd Party Agent you would be expected to ensure your landlord's property to the required council standards, acquire the required documentation and arrange for a viewing with the council acquisitions officer. One this has been completed and accepted, however, Argyle will take over and your client's property will enter our scheme. You will be provided with a spotter's contribution when the council awards a tenant to that property.
